blood from my bum??!?!?!

ok this sounds totally gross! but after I finish going to the toilet (number2) there is often blood on my last wipe

I have not stuck anythin up there there are no spots or bites so I have not knocked of any heads. lol

what should I do???

Sounds gross, could be a hernia, hemorrhoid or similar….or a dozen other things. Please visit your doctor asap.
