To my understanding, 10 is usually for a toner, but it's the only peroxide I currently have. =/ My natural color is light brown (ash?) and my hair is bleach blonde. Trying to get it to platinum but need more toner i guess :)
Thank you Mae :) I actually happened to have found a 20 and even that left it a golden orange color. but once i got a blonde dye by "ion" it all blended together :) thanks though!! I'll give u a point ;)
Its best to use 40 volume to get the white/blinde look. I doubt 10 would do much of anything but maybe make your hair a dark brassy orange.
