Why can't my blackberry play youtube videos?

I have a blackberry curve and I can’t seem to play youtube vids. I can get on the site and it let’s me choose a video but when I click on it, the media player says”buffering…” Then it says an error has occured. When I 1st got it I could whatch, then the next day it just stoped

Try updating the OS on the phone. If that doesn’t work, then go to configurations and check all the boxes. After that, if the problem doesn’t stop then load a video, pause it, let it buffer and then hit play.

If all of those things fail, then simply call for support. They might help. This could also not have anything to do with the phone. It may be just YouTube’s mobile player is having issues and not wanting to function.
