BLACK TO BLONDE ?

stripping and bleaching are essentially the same thing. trust me on this. I’ve been in and out of cosmetology school. dont do this at home…especially since youre going from black to blonde. black pigments hold onto your hair like no ones business. its really irritating! go to a salon in your area and tell them you want to go blonde. because for you, since youre not trained itll be hard for you to know when its ok go rinse the stuff out and whatnot. if you do end up doing it on your own…when youre stripping your hair, dont wait till its white, because the basis of your hair folicle is color. wait till its orange. like a sick dish water strawberry blonde color then rinse it and treat it with a really good deep conditioner from a SALON. not walmart or anything. you need to know its quality especially since youre doing it on your own. then after letting that sit in it…dye it again. any color you want. I recommend blonde, then if you dont like the blonde do another color. just remember, a dark color or a red means bleach AGAIN. and reds are even harder to get out then black because the pigment is so strong. they may fade easy, but theyll hold onto your hair like no other. good luck!!! if you have any more questions just ask!
