How long dose the labor last until the first puppy is born? My female Boxer has been panting heavely for the past 24 hours. She still seems to be happy and content. She still drinks water but has stopped eating.
I would say it is going to happen soon, I would only worry if she starts to push and is activly pushing for more then a 1/2 hour and nothing happens, This could be a issue. Just make sure you have a vet’s number on hand or ER vet hospital. Just in case
Do you have puppies yet? She should have had her puppies now?
