whats a biopsie?
A biopsy is a medical test involving the removal of cells or tissues for examination. It is the removal of tissue from a living subject to determine the presence or extent of a disease. The tissue is generally examined under a microscope by a pathologist, and can also be analyzed chemically.

I had a biopsy, and basically all they did was put a camera down my throat (I was under general anaesthetic) and take pictures. while this happened they removed a sample of tissue from the inside of the tube they were down. I didnt feel a thing because I was unconscious and it wasnt painful when I woke up...
