I'm 15 years old and 5'5. I weigh 225 pounds and have for about a year now. nothing I do to try and loose it seems to work. I need help because it's affecting my health. I used to exercise a lot but it didn't change a thing. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
EAT HEALTHY (FRUITS,VEGETABLES,N A LOT OF WATER)...EXERCISE (FOR A LONG TIME,TRY 2 SWEAT A LOT!,AND DO IT ATLEAST 5 DAYS A WEEK)...try eatin a healthy breakfast wit a good cereal lik da 1 from nature valley which is granola,its really good n healthy,wit som fruit...its da most important meal of the day,n 4 snacks try da granola bars 4rm dat brand 2 or fruits,n dont eat rice or bread or fatty meats or greasy or dat much quantity,try more vegetables,i use 2 jus lik cucumbers but now i even eat broccoli,n its really good!!...as long as u eat healthy n exercise regularly,you WILL loose weight,bcu i use 2 weight 150 n now im 120 after less dan 4 months by doin this (= !!also,NO FAST-FOOD!!!n if u love chocolate n jus MUST eat it,try da dark 1 its actually good cus it has anti oxidants,but if u dont hav 2,then even better!!...GOOD LUCK!!!!
start eating right and exercising at least 30 minutes a day and 5 days a week.....try running or walking, anything that gets u active...the key to lose weight is u know ur burning fat when u sweat. trust me i find it also hard to lose weight. im 5'11 and 175 i lose 15 pounds in two weeks
