I want to be skinny and I think I would be I didn't have big ribs. What do I do to make them smaller? I'v tried sleeping on my ribs. What to do? And does anyone else have big ribs?
there bones you cannot make bones smaller if you think you can you might just have an easting disorder because im pressuming they alreday stick out this way of thinking is unhealthy and dangerouse you cant change the shape or size of your BONES and your ribs are normal, there the size they are so they can hold your internal organs dont stupidly attempt to make them smaller doing this can damage your organs, even your heart which can kill you
I have a big rib cage and its fine. And no, of course you can't make your ribs smaller. Some things you can work at to improve, but I'm afraid your skeleton isn't one of them. Get over it and learn to love your body!
And if your ribs look big because you're underweight...the best way to reduce their size is to maintain a healthy, fit body shape to fill the space around them. Its a good way of judging your ideal body size.
well actually, many people who do not attempt to be disgustingly skinny have ribs that stick out. However, that is not saying you should ever attempt to be skinny by throwing up or not eating!
forgive me.. are you serious with this question? you cant make your ribs smaller.. you cant just form your bones...
everyone comes in different shapes and sizes!! just except urself the way you r!! thats pretty much all I can say!
