What if I'm scared to buy a house?

I am in much the same situation that you are in,..I’m scared too. I’m scared to buy the house that I love and have it yanked away two months later. And I’m scared that someone else will get it first. I guess I just have to work on it tomorrow..Monday..ugh.

Hi, I have to agree with the other response. Buying a home can be very scary. I work with a lot of 1st time home buyers. I als o a lot of grant work(the goverment gives grants to 1st time home buyers for closing costs ,they also have lower interest rates 5.87%). What you’re feeling is not in the least abnormal or uncommon. Buying a home is a huge life changing event–just make sure you’re mentally and financially ready. If you need to, try meeting with a financial planner or consultant and discuss your situation. If cost is a factor in seeking assistance contact your states human/social service agency. So.. being scared is quite normal, don’t sweat it. :-) -S
