Is it too late to make my life expectancy longer?

ok I 15 and im freakin out a bit.I have all of these risks for deadly and non-deadly desises and stuff. like in my family history theres heart disese and cancer and high blood pressure. I've also been a second hand smoker my entire life...so definate lung cancer risk. my diet is terrible, its a whole mess of junk food, but its not at bad as I make o be. I drink a lot of soda wich at least one to 2 or 3 cans every day...which doubles my risk for kidney disese and also brings risk of developing diabetes and geting oesophageal cancer. and these are all of the issues I can come up with rite now. im sure there are others I dont know about. but, I mean, are all of these things and my diet and such drasticly lowering my life expectancy? is it too late? is there something I can do to stop losing years of life expectency and mabey even getting back some lost years??? what do I do!? HELP!
