I get a lot of lame emails. What's the best way to filter email spam?

Spam email are the latest technological side effcts of people using good weapon for bad purpose. Coming back on track ,if in case you are using a popular email service like yahoo, hotmail .You `ll surely find an option called block spam or mark as spam . You can check them and mark the desired button to send them in spam list.
If in case you are geeting too many spam from few sources you can not their email address and add them in block address list.
But if you are using an email client like outlook express ,microsoft outlook ,fedor or other email software . around 90 % of such email comes under junk email. Yuo can go to your email software option and look for junk mail and set the security level to high and selct the other spam email and add to block address.
