Okk so I have naturally black/really dark brown hair. I want to get baby blue tips, or Pink && Green streaks. except 1 problem how do I do it best? Conditions:: I don't want the big semi permanet 4-6 weeks thing. I want a comb-in color, or spray, or something similar. IDEAS,BRANDS,STORES?!?!?!?
if you want it bright you pretty much have to bleach it although I've heard the stargazer wash in wash out colours can be quite bright without bleach good luck
