benadryl stuff! gahh!

Three nights in a row I took 2-3 pills (25 mg each.) of benadryl and two nights ago I tried sleeping without it, it took me a long time to fall asleep and last night I went to bed by 11:00 and I was still awake by 12:00. what does this mean! D: usually it’s not like this, I fall asleep somewhat quickly, and I was tired those nights. :3

It doesn’t take long to develop an addiction to sleep aids. Just quit taking it, suffer the sleeplessness for a few days, and move on.
