How can I get a belly piercing with strict parents?

I have been trying to do this for like 8 months..i ve been begging to my mum and she won;t let me…16 is far away…and this is the time I can enjoy life really….

Get it in China…hehehe.That’s where I live and you can get a proffesional one even if ur 7! Or…get a friend or somebody who is like 21 who will go with you to a proffesional place!

well you should just try and convince them that you will take care of it and pay for it etc… but if you want to do it anyway then most places will take permission from your parents over the phone if you are under 16 but you are 14 years or older. my friend went to get hers done and said her mum was at work at that she was 14 and she gave them my number and i pretended to be her mum over the phone cos all they do is ask to clarify the dob! loads of my friends have done that but you probably dont want to incase your parents find out!!

just let them know that you will take care of it and pay for it! you could even tell them that you will make sure the jewelry is titanium (nickle-free metal) so it will be way less likley to get infected! most places use titanium btw! x

i got mine done last year when i was about your age. my mum is not strict but she wasnt keen on the idea at first! dont nag her about it but mention it every so often so she knows that you deffinatly want it done! tell her that you will buy the correct care equiptment before you get it done (saline solution(contact lense fluid) and cosmetic pads) and research a place nearby that does licensed piercings with titanium jewelry! let her come with you to get it done if that would make her happier! be mature about it and show her that you have been responsable enough to look up a good place etc and how to care for your piercing etc! if worst comes to worst you only have to wait till your 16 to get it done without consent! x
