How olddo you have 2 be to get your bellybutton pearced? And how can you tell if your too skinny or 2 big?

the legle age is 16 but if you bring in a parent or gaurdian then you can get it done anyage. and if you feel comfortable with yur weight then thats fine if yu feel yur to heavy or too thin and you wudnt be comfortable showin your stomach I do not recomend this
