Take it from someone who TRIED to do it herself at age 15.. DON’T DO IT. Along with all of the other answers, you probably will not be able to get a needle through the whole way. Thus, leaving a horrible scar. Not a good idea… Just wait til your 18 and get it done professionally. This way, they can ensure it is straight and sanitary.
DO NOT do it by yourself, this is unsanitary, unsafe, and painful. You are risking infection which if you get will probably cause scar tissue which looks bad. Spend the money and go to a piercing salon, otherwise you dont need it. But since im guessing your a teen and your going to defy authority, some tips
Burn your needles use alcohol to clean area get jewelry that is skin safe if you get an infection, GO TO THE DOCTORS, dont take it out it will trap the infection
