Going by your photo I would change your hair colour and go a dark chocolate brown. I had red hair at one stage and when I went dark I got a lot of positive comments. It also makes it more shinier as darker hair reflects more light. Wear girly clothes - dresses, skirts, soft colours, cute accessories are pretty. Be confident but not cocky - a self-assured girl who knows what she wants yet is still gracious is always attractive. Smile - think positive thought and be friendly. This is also an attractive quality. Sometimes its not always how you look but how you carry yourself which can make you attractive and charismatic :)
