how can I get a skinner face?
There's not much you can do to be honest to make an actual difference. If you don't mind loosing a bit of weight generally that can help. Also stay away from too much salt and proccessed foods and try drink lots of water as water retention(your body storing water due to not enough intake of water) can contribute to a chubbier face. DO NOT do face/cheek exercises...I tired this and it made it worse as it toned the muscles which just chunked it out more. Hope this helped and sorry for the bad news! x
I actually think chubby faces are cuttteee :]
But I used to have one and I know how you feel. I have a skinny face now though. I beleive it's from doing soccer. We would always run and workout and I think that slimmed it down because before soccer, I had a chubby face (before last summer).
And I didnt have to lose a pound doing it, in fact I gained 4 pounds of muscle :/
But yepp I beleive its the physical activity.
ask other people if they think you have a chubby face you may just be picking yourself apart.Other people don't see us the way we do.I told my mother in law that my face was kinda getting chunky and she laughed and told me I was crazy and if it lost any weight I'd look like a skeleton.My brother in laws girlfriend is small too but she looks like casper the friendly ghost.
WELL TO GIVE AN ILLUSION OF A SKINNIER FACE JUST GET SUM TONER OR BRONZER AND APPLY IT UNDER YOUR CHEEK BONES TO GET A MORE TONED FACE. BUT EXCERCISE ALSO HELPS.
