banjo kazooie cheat

when you use cheats on banjo kazooie without the game shark , will it effect the game ?

I tried to find the answer and all I could find out is that using these cheats wont erase the game, I’m not sure about anything else though.

sometimes it can I’ve played the game a lot and havent used the gameshark however pretty much all the cheats that you can use in the game are already available and on the net you dont need the gameshark you just need the cheat codes if you want unlimeted energy, life, eggs, feather, ect want to avoid damage when falling from highplaces, open worlds ect and want to get the secret eggs all you need to do is google them and the the word cheat theres many cheat lists up heres a good site http://au.gamespot.com/n64/action/banjokazooie/hints.html
