Depends on your facial shape, bangs always made my face look chubby.
Pretty much.
Usually people with a larger forehead get bangs to make the illusion of a smaller forehead.
As for people looking chubby, on a rounder face, I wouldn’t recommend a particularly short fringe. :)

If you already have a small forehead, then yes they will make it look smaller. If you have a rather large forehead, they will reduce the size of it. But if your face is chubby-ish, they will make your face look chubbier.

Yeah. I mean look at Demi Lovato, when you see her hair like parted in the middle you can tell she has a really big forehead but when she has bangs it gives the illusion of her having a smaller forhead
