The Might Be Giants were considered to be weird back in the days. Weird Al Yankovic also done a lot of funny songs/parodies . Mindless Self Indulgence are known for their weirdness. Transylvanian Concubine by Rasputina , Charge by Splendid , Sugar Water by Cibo Matto are some strange songs too. Punkt Punkt Kurve, BrokenCYDE, Dropping a Popped locket, GTFO, are some similar bands too. Hope this helped :)
