how to get over a bad trip on shrooms after 2 weeks of doing them?

About a month ago I did shrooms for the second time. the shrooms were grinded up, and a buddie of mine had told me to put about 2 grams in coffee or hot chocolate n drink it!! I took the shrooms and went for a walk in a trail at midnite with 4 buddies who were also on shrooms. about an hour into the walk i started to feel like i was either going to faint or had a feeling of disssolving. i then exited the trail and was trippin for hours. i didnt trust anyone, i couldnt believe this was happening to me, i onli wanted to be with my family. i felt as if i was gna die. i rode out the high while tripping major and then after about 5 hours went to sleep. a month has passed and i smoke pot on a daily basses. but now when i smoke weed, i have sense of paranoia, sumtimes feeling faint and having a really fast heartbeat. and want the high to go away. i used to love smoking weed n havving a good time but now i dont want to smoke anymore becuz i am afraid of these things happening. can anyone give me insite on how to get over this bad trip on shrooms which is affecting me when i smoke pot. i just want to be back to normal again.

Simple, if you don’t want to keep feeling like that…stop smoking the weed.

stop doing shrooms and stop smoking. You will eventually get over the fear, you experienced a trama obviously it’s going to throw you off for a bit. I’ve had hellish experiences with shrooms in my past and I got over them with time. They just kinda throw you off for awhile but Like I said just dont do shrooms or smoke and you wont have to worry about bad trips.

ii will never do shrooms again, but im always around people who smoke, and ive been smoking for years… do u think if i dont smoke for a while and when i smoke after this will all be gone?
