How soon can you reperm after a bad perm that did not curl?
I'm sorry that I don't know. And it's probably not my place to say, but I would advise against perms. They're really growse, they curl your hair by using chemicals to shrivel up one side of the hair. It's. . .weird. Depending on how straight/curly your hair is, getting it layered will make it wavy or curly. And you can always use a curling iron (you can get one on sale for four bucks at Walgreens). Well, I hope you find out and have good-looking hair!
