Bad Insomnia - Help!

Hi. So ya, I am a 14 year old boy, and every night I find it hard to go to sleep. I resort to doing stuff like reading, listening to music, youtubing and gaming and (kinda sad) listening to the radio... In the end I sleep at about 1am, and have to get up at 6am on school mornings. I think this affects my performance at school or so on. So thanx for reading, anyone got any advice? xx PS Wrong Category I know...(again!) sorry >_<
