ok so my mom has bad credit and cant get a cell phone under her name... my father and I dont talk, and all of my family lives across the country... is there any way I could get a cell under my name.. im only 13
yeah just get a prepaid one from walmart or target...you don't need credit for it and you DON'T need to be 18...they have phones that are like 20 bucks and then you buys phone cards with minutes on it...the good part is that there's no contract so you can quit any time
alo prepaid cell phones..its your first phone so you should with that especially being 13 years old...you wont need to sign anything for those ...not really.
no but she can get a cricket or pocket phone. they cost about 25 to 50 dollars and work fine. and they are unlimited. no contracts its month to month
yes you can. I had my cell under my own name at your age. I am 19 now. I dont believe the law has changed. Just go and try.
Nope, you have to be 18 years old.
*They still might let her get a cell phone, she'll just have to pay a deposit.
You have to be 18+ to be under contract, for prepaid you can be any age.:)
