I want to learn how to lose weight... fast..
you want to lose weight fast , but healthy? eat less, drink more water, and excercise like a madman. unhealthy? atkins; you lose about a pound a day, if you don't have a heart attack. (although a heart attack will help you lose weight, too.) slim fast; a shake for breakfast, one for lunch, and a small dinner. cut out those snacks, you lose 5 pounds a week. 3 cans a day, and cut food altogether, and you're back up in that pound-a-day range. -but once again, very unhealthy. if you're just trying to lose weight to make weight for sports or something, go to a sauna and sweat it out. -or an enema if you're really desperate. those are temporary weight losses though, and will only cover you for a weigh-in, or something like that. anyways, live the dream, and don't go dying on me.
lots of water to wash out all the bad chemicals in your body, exercise (cardio, areobics, and weight trainig), and maintaining a healthy diet!!... don't have your mind tempt you on eating junk!! eat food that you know is good and healthy to your body, have a good ammount of fruits&veggies (fresh), dairy produt (low in fat), meat&alternatives (lean meats), and grains (organic & whole wheat) everyday!! =)
Hey, my wife went on the special K diet and lost weight. Just follow what they say, take vitamins because you won't be getting the same nutrients as you were after you start. Just make sure to stick to the diet or it won't work! Good luck
