Caffeine is known to be an effective method of stopping headaches by constricting blood vessels

Also, make sure you are hydrated. Often times people don’t realize they haven’t drank any water all day, which results in a headache.

Answer #3

I would be carful with trying caffeine, cause if you don’t drink (soda, coffee, tea or any other beverage) with caffeine in it, you can get a headache from it and a stomach ache. Eating banana’s!!!! can stop headaches. Also, fiber foods with certain nutrients can relieve your headache, such as, cashew nuts contain lots of vitamin B; foods that contain magnesium such as apples, green vegetables, and others.

A few good ways are to..

  1. Get enough sleep. No matter how much you need to study, it won’t do you any good if you’re sleep deprived. I’ve found a lack of sleep a major source of headaches for me, in the last.
  2. Stay hydrated. Water is the best.
  3. Eat, if you’re hungry. Keep the energy up.
  4. Take breaks in between. You may not want to, but it takes a lot of mental energy to focus and take things in for long periods of time. Every now and then, give yourself 10-15 minutes to take a few drinks or have a snack.
Answer #5

caffeine is great….just don’t become addicted because then you’ll get headaches from not having caffeine

Answer #6

Also drink plenty of water. Some headaches are caused by dehydration. Your body needs water…..at least 8 glasses per day.
