What is the average salary of a IT Project Manager?

Answer #1

I guess it all depends where you are from.

For example those in NY get paid differently for the same job one in NC or CA would get!

My best advice is to check your local Employment Agency for a list of average salaries in your area.

Answer #2

The job is in Capacity and Performance Management, I have never worked on this side of IT, need a little info.

Answer #3

I live in Texas and I have looked online, but the salary looks high.

Answer #4

my best advice is to try my salary (d o t) com (all in one line) & check ur area because I couldnt find anything on allen txs. (check for a closer location) I think a base salary vary’s anywhere from 36k to 100k also depending on education level the more you know, the higher the pay I am assuming.

Answer #5

Well it is in Dallas Texas, but it looks a bit high I think. I I said in the email, I have filled this role, but have never held the title, and with today’s economy I am unsure what to ask for. Online they say around 100K, but I have not worked for this large of a company, I know the company I am with could not afford this, but it is a smaller company with only 300 employees, the other company has over 1K employees and plays at a international level.
