HOW can I get rid of some of that extra am weight? and look more defined and tned up there =] btw im a girl with a chest sooo push ups arent the greatest idea lol
I agree with ash08... get a good workout by going to the gym and working out your arms, do bench press or preacher curls...and I swear they'll give you toned arms that look SeXy!!
if you do some workouts such as benching...or mainly inclined bench it helps...I have no flabby arms and now im benching 125!!! Goodluck...and seriously it does work!!!
