  nope they arent.. sperm are the reproductive cells males produce.. pre ejaculation fluid contains some sperm but not as many as cum which is expelled during ejaculation..

  precum cleans the ureathra out of any remaining urine that may be there as it can kill the sperm but pre cum can contain sperm and cause pregnancy
