TK falls in the same category as God… its existence cannot be proven or disproven. It can’t be proven, because all of the beginner TK tests are all explainable thru a basic understanding of physics. An the advances TK tests, well, they’re just total bullsh*it and nobody who CLAIMS to have these powers, have ever been able to prove it under lab conditions.

And as usual, it cannot be DISproven because, well, how do you prove something’s NON-existence? You cannot prove a negative.

well its kinda like ery complicated to explain to learn you must first beleive it exist before you try anything the brain “rewires itself” kinda likewhen you found out santa claus doesnt exist you beleived it then next step when you understand that telekinetics are real and that you are a pyschic you should get relaxed get away from distractions ok? then put something light like a peice of paper or something close your eyes focus on the object think of it as part of you the reason for holding it in your hand is for the brain to know that it is close practice 10 to 15 minutes a day
