Are halter tops sleazy?

Halter tops are not sleazy, but like most the others said, its all about how you represent. I agree that they should not be worn with short skirts and shorts. But what bothers me is when nipples are showing and breasts are sagging. Please wear a bra that is made for halter tops. They make stickers that go on your nipples if your breasts are small to average( a-b) If your breasts are bigger than that they may hang so they also have halter top bras and special cup shaped stickers that lift and give you cleavage. This represents a more classy look than wearing no bra at all!

Halter tops are sexy on anything you wear an they go good with whatever you want them to go with an their alright even if your big or small on top-breasts.

LoL, No, halter tops are not sleazy. Why would even think they were? They show arms, shoulders and half of your back. If you show the majority of your legs and then a slinky top then yeah, that’s where it’s kinda sleazy. It depends on how you present, carry yourself and act also.

I don’t tink der sleazy its more or less how you present your self. so if you dress like that and den you gon put yo self out der like tryna b all up on guys den yea. but in my eyes neither is sleazy.
