How would you go about applying bare-mineral powder?

I have oily skin and I heard it’s lighter and better but don’t know how I would apply it. Would I use foundation? Also, where would I find it in Canada? I don’t every really pay attention to this stuff.

It has its own foundation, and you really should get the bare minerals brush set. There’s the one for light, medium, and full coverage. They have a starter kit which contains the brushes, the foundation, the powder, a blush and a bronzer, and it’s not too expensive (like $35-45 for all of that). And best of all there’s a video that comes with it that teaches you how to do it. You can buy it online or go into a beauty store.
