How to apply a password on my personal accounts & client info folder for privacy on a common use office computer?

Go to start, on the right side there is something that says Control Panel, click it and follow from there…

download and install 7-zip. once installed right click the file/s you want to password protect and select ‘add to archive…’ see archive format and select 7z or Zip. now look on the right and youll see Encryption. then enter a password, enter it againit and click ok.
