Over the weekend, I went to my parents' house and went swimming for several hours. I have sun burns on my head, neck, shoulders, and back. Since I don't have a roommate, is there any easy way to put lotion on my back by myself?
you could use a towel put a lot of the lotion on it and rub it on your back, the whole wall thing you'd have to clean up but the towel you can just throw in the washer/dirty clothes so its not much of a hassle. you could put it on your hand rub it at the top then, put more on your hand bend your arm behind your back and get the bottom part; that's what i do when dealing with my back.you could always ask your parents to the next time you go over there or ask a friend to the soonest you see them. i hope everything works out for you!
What Kayla does is the same thing I do :) get some lotion, and reach the top side of your back then reach below for the bottom half, don't worry if it's messy because if you're putting on lotion after a shower it absorbs fast! Just wipe off and even out the distribution of it with a towel! Beats putting lotion against a wall and dancing up against it! LOL
Aahaha I think dancing and grinding up against a wall would cause a messy wall don't you think? But props to the cute and funny idea! :P

...try putting the lotion on a wall and rub your back against the wall?
