Heyy I've been runnning for close to 13 years now so I suggest: 1. Start by taking little workouts and then start to increase(your own training program) and for a real program...follow what they insist 2. For the food part...eat things with high carbohydrates(I.e noodles...pastas) 3. There are really no changes for diet...just limit what you take in
