Anyone know any business risks?

Hi

I am doing a project at university and am struggling finding the precise information anywhere on google. I have just been searching for about 2 hours and all the articles/blogs/websites are very vague.

So this is the question. I need to identify the major business and audit risks (audit risks I can find on my own) of the following:

  1. Private Company
  2. Public Company
  3. Trust
  4. Franchise

Also need to explain the cause of each risk.

Do any of you maybe know any websites that might be useful. I can thumb suck the stuff, but I don’t really want to. Thank you.

Yes, I do know most of it, especially the risk related to audit risks, however I need to find some more business/enterprise risks.

Specifically to a public and private company… I need at least 4 with each and I only know about 2.

Problem is the internet is not being very useful at the moment.

Plus it’s a research assignment and they never really did much of it in class with us.

Yes, I have learn it but o be honest I can’t remember it all. If you dont know then ask them for help.

problem is your suppose to do it without their help, ie. research it.. but I am not succeeding in that.

Surely you know that? They wouldn’t ask you to do an essay on something you know nothing about. I know that stuff and I’m only do it at GCSE level at the moment.
