Anyone have any tips for yoga/just stretching?

I’m going to start stretching and do yoga but I don’t want to pull anything anyone have any tips?

Yoga. I <3 yoga. It’s fun. Just start with downward dog first, so you don’t pull anything and stretching? erm, I have no idea. So you really gonna do it or are you just saying that. I want to do it aswell but I can be bothered. I have no motivation.
