I have severe nut allergies to all tree nuts (every nut except peanuts) does anybody know of any nutrition bars or protein bars (like cliff, nutrigrain, power bars) that don't have any nuts in them!?
I'm sorry but for your health you shouldn't be eatting protein bars. I don't see a protein bar tree out in nature. Eat proteins, carbs and fat in every meal. Eat whole living foods. I know that people say that you can't sit in your house all day eating healthy food and that you got to live. Hi,
The only power bar I can find that is specifically made without nuts is called the AllerEnergy Bar. AllerEnergy founder Mark Christian created a snack that contains no peanuts, gluten, eggs, milk or dairy, soy, tree nuts, shellfish or corn. Bars come in apple cinnamon, cherry blossom, chocolate swirl and wild berry flavors.
The website is allerenergy.com
Quaker Granola Bars: oatmeal raisin, baked apple, chocolate chunk, smores, etc.
