Any harmful effects of taking diphenhydramine?

Please I would like to know if for instance I take diphenhydramine on a regular bases, will it cause any harm on the long run. am I prone to suffering any liver illnesses or mental instability. let me know if at all it alters one’s mental well-being for I feel quite fit after taking a considerable excess of it. I do actually experience all the described symptons except for hallucinations or delusions. please enlighten me

I shaved my self down there, than usedbikini zone after-shave lotion. than I dicided to masterbate with the lotion. I never finished, because my hole crotch was numb like novicane. my penis and balls got really small and this lasted about 4or5 hours. it seems to have lingering effects
