I love doing my makeup really cool and wacky, does anybody have any cool ideas to do? I'm stumped at the moment =[
if your looking for eyeshadow, it depends how wacky... once I did lime green eyshadow on my lid, and a bright blue underneath my eye... then black eyeliner on the top lid (but only a thin lin) and some eyliner on your water line. make sure if your doing you water line to use water proof eyeliner because if you dont it wont look really good lol
