Their is question on my mind to how we can find peace and contentment? And when and if you do how will I know?
For me, the closest to finding peace and contentment in these turbulent times we're in is found in my Faith - I know I'm not alone and whoever wins that election or that war, etc, I know He's in charge and all will be well - without that I think I'd be a nervous wreck...Take care !!
If you are spiritual, then a relationship with the Lord is at hand. Seek Him while He is still able to be found. I see you are just months older than I, and I am part Chickasaw only about 1/128, but still, there is Indian in me.

Contentment is mostly a state of mind, as long as you are not physically suffering.
