another homeschooling question
ok, so I asked my mom if I could be homeschooled today. and she said no :( because the parent has to teach or something. I was thinking that maybe a tutor could come, but I didnt say that out loud. I heard its really hard, and I knew that. she said that you have to follow a criteria or something. and learn things for a certain amount of time in the day and read books and stuff, but I would do it. she thinks that just because my sister was homeschooled and that she didnt do her work, that she thinks I wouldnt do my work. I swore to her that I would and that also id help more around the house since id be in the house more. any advice on how to convince her into letting me be homeschooled?
I was homeschooled for grade six and I know it sounds fun but its not you dont see your friends during the day and the days seem longer but if you still want to be homeschooled tell her there are programs you can get for your computer that grade you and test you thats what I did and I got all 90s in my subjects
well I started homeschooling in the 8th grade.. but im schooled online, which makes it easy for you and your parents! But if online is not an option for you.. maybe tell her why you think you would do better homeschooled? Sorry I dont know what to tell you because my mom told me yes because are public school was horrible.
