Just lately I keep getting lots of mouth ulcers, and they really hurt and sting. I have tried salt water, bonjela, iglu. Everything. But does anyone know hwy I might be getting them.

I think I’ve got the answer for you ;-)
Go to your pharmacy and buy Hydrogen Peroxide but 10 volume, put a teaspoon full of it In your mouth and rinse it around in your mouth. Careful it would start bubbling in your mouth, so rather do it standing in front of your basin. Keep it in your mouth for approx 1 minute and then rinse your mouth with water (just to get the bad taste out of your mouth)
I’ve always used anti bacterial mouth rinse before, with no results and started with the Hydrogen Peroxide on myself and my kids. You can also use it with bicarbonate of soda to brush your teeth once a week, to whiten it. :-)
I don’t know where you’re getting them, but I am sure if you treat it with the HP it wont appear as regular afterwards!
