Does this site come equipped to hold animated photo shots or just still photos?

Overly animated photos can induce seizures among the epileptics on the site and are, therefore, against the ToU.

If the animation is slow-moving then it is generally not a problem.

Yes, gif’s are allowed, but if they flash a lot and give headaches people tend to report them and they get deleted.
