Am I muscular but overwieght?

I am 13, I weigh 124 lbs. Some of it may be water weight because I drink a lot. I can lift at least 125 lbs, I'm not sure how much I can lift though because I don't get to go to the gym. I am 4'11. I'm really muscular though. I eat 2 or 3 meals a day and about 2 or 3 snacks a day. I can almost beat my 15 year old sister in arm wrestling, and she can lift me.
