Am I overweight for my age and height?

I am a 17 going on 18 male. I’ve been skinny since middle school. I’ve noticed myself putting on a lot of weight lately; I am 6’4”, I weighed 155 lbs about a year ago and now I weigh 184 lbs. Am I overweight?

From the dscription you gave me i calculated your BMI (Body Mass Index). These are the categories of BMI-

Underweight = <18.5 Normal weight = 18.5-24.9 Overweight = 25-29.9 Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

Your BMI was 22.4 which comes under the normal weight category.

no, u are not overweight. at your age, gender and height its a good weight. Although it is a healthy weight u should try to cut down on pop, if u have any because well its just really crappy for you and ur teeth i found out my teeth are fading away from drinking it :’(. i am a teen girl who is 5’8 and is 140lbs. now thats a healthy weight considering my bone dencity so consider that aswell. bye hope this helped :D -Elle
