you are perfect the way you are. don’t try to lose weight to please anybody. if you’re looking to get healthy, start off by exercising 20 min 3 times a week…running, walking, or going to the gym. change your eating habbits. keeping record of what you eat and how often and how long you are exercisin is the biggest key in getting in shape. nothing is off limits as long as its in moderation. remember DIETS DON”T WORK!!! its all about changing your habbits. don’t get discouraged if the pounds don’t melt away. it takes effort. once you start losing the weight kick it up a notch or you will stop losing weight. the first week and a half is always the hardest. once you get use to it, you will love exercising.
