I dont know how many pouds I am but im just under 9 stone, and im 5ft 9... oh and my bmi is 18.36,
what does all this mean? am I healthy or unhealthy? under or overwieght, I havnt a clue so sommeone hellp
you are actually underweight. the underweight limit is 18.50. so you are barely underweight. you are definately healthy. because your are just under the limit you are probably perfectly fine. hope I helped!
