Am I obbessed?

I used to be overweight 14 stone,I lost just over 5 stone and now im 8 stone 10 lbs, I excercise 6 days a week ,I do an hour arobics,half an hour dancing,and I burn 1000 calories on a mini stepper,(excercise machine)I’ve already broken 2,do you think I mite b over doing it?I stopped 4 a few days and put on 4 lbs and im terrified ill put on weight again ,its like I start to panic,I was so unhappy when I was overweight and now I think im obbsessed with it,am I?

How did you lose your weight was it just by exersise?

Sounds a bit worrying, MAKE SURE that you eat enough- and make sure you know that enough doesn;t mean a lettuce leaf :P www.ahealthyme.com if you go to the calorie needs part of this website you can work out how many calories you need a day for your age, height etc. Give yourself a break too, it sounds like you are exercising obsessively, almost all people say that being very thin is unattractive anyway so relax! :)

if you loose too much weight, either from an eating disorder/over exerscising which is really the same thing, trying to loose weight then anything you put in your body will go on as fat because its starved and needs nurtients and more fat on it so if you gained weight quickly after exerscising, your were overdoing it and your wuite possible underweight see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will be able to tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose or gain to be in the healthy weight range

Yerh, chek your diet and lay off on all the excersising.. Maybe every 2nd day and eat healthy everyday with an unhealthy snack a few days a week because remember.. your not trying to loose weight,, you trying to keep skinny,, right?

Working your body way to much if you barely began I mean I got a 6 pack but I dont work at all really I dont im on the computer most of the day REALLY

But Its what you eat that makes you gain your weight I mean my mom exerces 3 days a week for 1 hour But she has a good diet Maybe its a diet you need
